Last weekend of the month! Yesterday was my dad's birthday.
Saturday agenda-race?
1. 1040k 5k/10k
2. tour of the gables 5k/10k
I picked the latter for the following:
1. closest in proximity
2. 1st time back to this venue since last year (spencer's race only 1 mile walking but was my 1st event since the stroke)
clint time:
The good: cool weather start, finisher medal, understanding race director
The bad: got humid quick
The ugly: no podium, walked 9x, struggled with breathing, time

1. run from the rays
2. westglades 5k
3. MADD dash
4. Cleveland clinic 5k
