I chose #5. The latter was closest in proximity but since it was cancelled, I picked the next closest. clint time:

The good: finisher medal, first podium since stroke
The bad: time (affected by course)
The ugly: cross country course

Sunday agenda-race?

Here's what I found for my birthday:

1.gumbo limbo 10k
2. run for Haiti 5k
3. super hero 5k
4. south beach tri

I picked #3 because the latter would require a teammate. eastwood time:

The good:  2nd podium since stroke
The bad: heat and humidity, finisher ribbon
The ugly: late start

Monday agenda-boston marathon

It is patriots day + the aforementioned. I have been blessed to have done it once before.
