double header weekend?
ii was supposed o be a head and neck tdouble header but the miami one got canceled. I had to scramble to get to another.
saturday agenda-race?
bleeding blue 5k
the good: finished, nice medal
the bad: course (so many turns)
the ugly: the event I paid for cancelled even the weather was better then than after the one I went to.
Sunday agenda-race?
head and neck 5k
the good: finished, placed 2nd
the bad: 8 start
the ugly: 2 loop with sharp turn around
