the good: personal best this year 41:11
the bad: late to open vista view, 10 yr age, got hot and humid
the ugly: no podium even if normal

the good: finished better than expected (only 3 minutes slower than yesterday)
the bad: got hot and humid,
the ugly: no where near podium

I chose not to race but did visit miami man triathlon.
