final full weekend
saturday agenda-race?
I planned on doing a fun run in miami that was supposed to start at the historic Hampton house but when I got there by gps, nothing was set up and there were a bunch of derelicts and seedy 'hoodlums'. I left there to go where I thought the sis trunk 5k was, found out I was too far north, arrived late so all streets were blocked. by the time I found any parking, I saw the race was in progress. eventually, I jumped in and by the grace of god, I caught Marvin's wife walking. I walked with her for about a mile to the finish. I hung out with Clint for awhile at the parade following the event.

the bad: got hot and humid
the ugly: missed both events
Sunday agenda-race?
I found a local event, walk with me 5k. since it was unplanned, I got there late similar to yesterday, I saw the runners in progress, jumped in but didn't know the course, I wound up doing a bit more than a 5k.
