back to school! In miami, it starts this monday. Most parents and some of us workers are happy for this.

Here's what i found for this day:

1.spartan race VA
2. seattle marathon
3. ft desoto du/tri
4. rampage 5k
5. dreyher park 5k

You can automatically rule out the first 2 (out of FL). I have done and like all of the remaining but I chose #4 to complete the 2015 elite series. Not a lot to write home about but check it out clint eastwood style:

The good: podium
The bad: 2nd place (good= I beat a runner by 1 second
The ugly: hot and humid,far
