I planned on Haitian heritage 5k but it was cancelled.

passed on racing. in fact, I trained on all 3 days! shout out to all those who put their lives on the line for our freedom.

today is armed forces day. I chose not to run because I didn't want to repeat venues. much to my segrin, I missed out on a trophy.

I signed up for Ukraine 5k. no where near podium, especially with r knee injury. Kevin caught up with me.
