today is armed forces day. I chose not to run because I didn't want to repeat venues. much to my segrin, I missed out on a trophy.

I signed up for Ukraine 5k. no where near podium, especially with r knee injury. Kevin caught up with me.

the good: finisher with medal
the bad: long drive on wet roads
the ugly: ten year age, no where near podium
