I walked at nuns run hoping to help Kevin but neither he nor Emily were there; finisher medal. there were other races. the ugly=left sole broke off after 2 miles.

I walked at messam 5k and did pretty good. I passed on sunrise half/5k.

I chose bunny bolt 5k.

the good: weather, finisher medal, pr for this year (not in total)

the bad: had to do more walking than wanted, couldn't see registration area in dark
