the afforementioned race was cancelled due to a tropical storm scare. i had to train instead.

1. cupcake for a cause 5k
2. red and blue 5k
3. catholic charities 5k
4. running cancer out of the park
missed them all; trained instead.

i did runners depots event. clint time:

the ugly: because of the bad, i only jogged the 1st (slower than expected) then walked the remaining of the race except the .1.

this is a late post because i was distracted by hurricane dorian, which threated us but devastated the bahamas.

drought weekend!
drought weekend! however, when i say drought, its not the because there was plenty of rain. I am talking about the fact that i couldnt find any events. therefore, i had to train in the morning before the afternoon rain.
