the bad: time slower than expected
the ugly: started 15 min late

i did nothing in prep for my longest post stroke drive to and from a race.

2. steps 4 life 5k
3. army dirty socks 5k
4. naples half

i did the latter (partially). it was my longest drive since the stroke.

1. mlk 5k

i walked causally.

after a long hiatus, i returned to the latter. clint time:

the good: finisher medal, longest distance (15 laps) and time on my feet
the bad: struggled with last five miles
the ugly: cross country course riddled with hills, loops
