unfortunately, i couldnt do the latter because i reinjured by back training on the race bike. luckily, the former was also in miami. clint time:

the good: finisher medal
the bad: late start (7:15 even though it said 7), hot and humid
the ugly: parking, couldnt register because volunteer said no checks and wouldnt budge nor ask race director

i wasnt ready so i passed on it. i did a mock du at home.

i found nothing. i opted to train instead.

1. freedom 4 miler
2. weston 5k
3. go run july 4th 5k

i defenitely passed on the former; not interested in a longer race in the heat. it was also the furthest away. i picked the latter; closest in proximity.

the good: finisher medal, tech shirt
the bad: parking far from packet pick up
the ugly: no podium (walked), rained prior to race then sun brought it up increasing heat and humidity
